I would be intrigued to see what that would look like, whether or not we came at it from a different point of view, maybe you saw what happens outside the attic during that time. Obviously with a limited series, you get to delve into the characters a bit more.
Obviously, the next step is Flowers in the Attic and that has been made so I wonder if there is a demand for it. However, star Hannah Dodd did say the following to TVLine: There’s been no word on if the Flowers in the Attic: The Origin prequel will spawn a new adaptation of the franchise starring the cast from this series. This series was meant to give context to Olivia’s actions which will see her lock her own grandchildren in the attic, hence the title of the show. The downside, however, is that you won’t be watching another series or an installment that includes the cast we’ve come to know over these four episodes.įor those unaware, Flowers in the Attic: The Origin is a prequel in a franchise that follows the Dollangangers. One only has to turn to Corrine and the Dollanganger children to know this is true.īut, you’re in luck if you’re looking for more of this tale, you don’t have to wait ages for the next part in the story. It’s not exactly a cliffhanger, but clearly the Foxworth’s story isn’t finished. While we won’t reveal how the series ends, we can say that it’ll leave viewers interested in this twisting tale clamoring for more. The four part limited series, which followed Olivia Winfield Foxworth’s life, was a roller-coaster of a ride that was filled to the brim with trauma for all of its characters.
